ktak is provided by Raf Tadevosyan. The app uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What you pay for
Create drafts and preview invoices for free. An active subscription is required to issue new invoice PDFs. Both plans include unlimited new invoice exports while subscribed:
- Monthly: £4.99 per month.
- Annual: £29.99 per year, charged annually.
These are the UK prices. The Apple purchase sheet shows the price and billing period before you confirm. There is no free trial. Existing issued PDFs remain available after your subscription ends. Creating a full credit note for an existing invoice does not require renewing a subscription; issuing a replacement invoice does.
Renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting ktak does not cancel your subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions. Refund requests are handled through Apple's Report a Problem service.
Your invoices
ktak helps prepare ordinary domestic UK invoices in GBP. You are responsible for checking the business and customer details, prices, applicable VAT treatment, dates and payment instructions before issuing an invoice. ktak does not determine your tax obligations, submit tax returns or collect payments from your customers.
Records are kept locally. Export and retain backups appropriate for your business. Local recovery copies cannot recover data after losing your device or deleting the app. Restoring purchases restores subscription access, not invoice records.
